Named the best taxi driver in Russia

      The final of the VII All-Russian Professional Skills Competition "Best Taxi Driver in Russia" concluded. Today, July 12th, on the main square of Kirov, the finalists competed in the final tests. It is worth noting that the award ceremony was delayed by 20 minutes. Before the awards, the musical band "RASA" entertained the crowd. By the way, when the performers finished, many residents of Kirov and city guests began to leave the square, although some stayed to watch the results of the competition. Ultimately, the best taxi driver in Russia was Oleg Makhmatov from Saint Petersburg. He became the winner for the second time. In second place was Ruslan Tesakov, a taxi driver from Tula Region, and third place went to Artem Ivahnenko from Sverdlovsk Region. The winner received 150,000 rubles and the keys to a brand-new Lada Granta, a gift from the Kirov Region government. The second-place participant received 100,000 rubles, and the third finalist was awarded 50,000 rubles.
