      The Rosreestr has intensified efforts to identify and block internet resources that illegally offer paid services for obtaining information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN).       According to the Rosreestr Office for the Kirov Region, since the beginning of 2024, in cooperation with control, supervisory, judicial, and law enforcement agencies, 130 such resources have been blocked. Of these, 86 are Rosreestr clone sites, and 44 are copies of the Public Cadastral Map.

      In many cases, users risk obtaining unreliable information and erroneous data on these cadastral map copies, which can lead to legal and financial consequences.

      Rosreestr continues its comprehensive fight against the shadow market for dissemination of EGRN information and urges citizens to use only official agency resources.
