Rakhim Azimov discussed issues of improving the efficiency of infrastructure projects with the head of the Ministry of Construction Irek Fayzullin.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Rakhim Azimov participated in a meeting with the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Irek Fayzullin.
During the meeting, issues of infrastructure development were discussed, including within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment." Special attention was given to the implementation of federal projects as well as to the construction of social and utility facilities in the Kirov region.
In particular, Rakhim Azimov addressed the Minister with a request to support projects of districts and neighborhoods in the Kirov region participating in the X All-Russian Competition of the Best Projects for Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment.
Additionally, during the meeting, the need to strengthen oversight of construction project implementation and improve the efficiency of government procurement was emphasized.
It was noted that the Ministry of Construction of Russia maintains close cooperation with members of the State Duma and Senators of the Federation Council to improve the legislative framework aimed at enhancing citizens' quality of life.
At the end of the meeting, Irek Fayzullin awarded Rakhim Azimov with the "Honored Builder of Russia" badge, which is awarded for merits and contributions to the development of the construction industry.
It is worth noting that, at the initiative of Rakhim Azimov and thanks to the funding attracted by him, a new building of the regional rehabilitation center "Okryayem" was constructed, and major repairs were carried out on a non-residential building to create a rehabilitation center for participants of the SVO (Special Military Operation) and their family members with children in the village of Mityino. Furthermore, Azimov is constantly supporting projects aimed at creating, improving, and developing the infrastructure of small towns and settlements in the Kirov region.
Rakhim Azimov expressed his gratitude to Irek Fayzullin and the Ministry of Construction of Russia for systematic interaction with the region.
