The Kirov prosecutor's office received a statement from a woman who was illegally fired from her job, the department said.
During the investigation, it was established that the applicant was on parental leave and, when the baby turned 1.5 years old, applied for an extension of the leave to three years. However, the head of the organization, acting illegally, decided to terminate the employment contract with her.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov region informs that the actions of the head and his dismissal order have been appealed. The court recognized the claims as legitimate and returned the woman to work, restoring her constitutional rights.
In addition, an administrative case was brought against the director of the company for violating labor laws. He was fined 3,000 rubles.
