Agricultural processing will be supported by tax benefits
The bill deals with benefits for corporate property tax and transport tax. Currently, agricultural producers in the region are exempt from paying them if a number of conditions are met. One of the main criteria is that the share of income from the sale of agricultural products, including products of its primary processing, should be at least 70% per year.
The bill proposes to extend these benefits to agricultural enterprises that develop industrial processing of their raw materials and primary products. A special procedure has been developed for them to calculate the share of income that will allow them to enjoy tax benefits. The deputies supported the initiative.
