      The increase in the number of vacancies for laboratory assistants is especially noticeable: compared to the same period in 2024, there were more by 62%. The number of offers for head doctors has also increased (+37%) and pharmacy managers (+16%).

      Salaries in the region have also increased. The median salary in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals in the Kirov region reached 76.5 thousand rubles, which is 27% higher than a year ago. However, according to the platform's survey, only a third of medical professionals are satisfied with their income. Almost half of the respondents call the salary average, but insufficient, and 13% — frankly low.

      The highest incomes are offered to chief physicians (an average of 102.4 thousand rubles), medical representatives (89.5 thousand) and doctors (85.5 thousand). Salaries for veterinarians (+31%) and certification specialists (+24%) are growing the fastest.

      Despite the increase in salaries, the shortage of staff remains tense. According to the platform, there is only one active resume per doctor vacancy in the Kirov region. Approximately the same level of competition is observed among chief physicians, pharmacists, nurses and veterinarians. This is significantly lower than the balanced level of competition, which starts from 4-8 resumes per vacancy.

      Experts note that professions related to medicine are consistently among the top most scarce not only in the region, but throughout the country.
