      This year, 60 children of KCHK employees aged 14-18 will take part in the "Labor Summer". Schoolchildren work at the enterprise for three weeks. In the divisions, they perform ancillary work: marking and painting curbs, weeding and watering flower beds, cleaning rooms and territories, and working with documents.

      An employment contract is signed with each young employee, and compensation for the cost of meals in the factory canteen is provided. They also receive a payment from the Employment Center.

      At the end of each work shift, a career guidance game and a tour of the enterprise are held for schoolchildren.
