Kirov residents were allowed not to indicate the INN in applications for a certificate of long-term savings

The press service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Kirov region reported that taxpayers may not specify an INN when applying for a certificate of long-term savings agreements. Instead, it is allowed to use the entry number in the Unified Federal Information Population Register (UPR), created in accordance with Law No. 168-FZ of June 8, 2020.

We are talking about a certificate confirming compliance with the condition for the number of concluded contracts stipulated in clause 1 of Article 213.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The document must be filled out separately for each contract, either manually or using software.

In case of refusal to specify the INN, it is necessary to fill in the fields with the surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, as well as the data of the identity card (type of document, series and number). Alternatively, you can specify the account number of the account.

You can find out your account number in the "Taxpayer's Personal Account for Individuals" on the FTS website. To do this, log in using your username and password from the tax service or through the Gosuslugi portal, then go to your profile (click on your full name in the upper-right corner) and select "Information".

The Tax Service reminds that the application is filled out by the taxpayer independently, with the exception of the section intended for employees of the tax authority.
