For violating the Oath: did an investigator who had not "found" the killers of the Belokholunit schoolgirls for more than a year leave the ranks of the TFR?

At first, Shakhmatov claimed that the girls' deaths were caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. And last November, when he once again closed the criminal case on the "death of girlfriends," he said that Sofia was Alice's killer, who could not be prosecuted due to "not reaching the age of jurisdiction." Probably forgetting that in those days Sofia's relatives were grieving for their deceased daughter and granddaughter, who will forever remain 15 years old.

This April, Judge Sergei Bizyaev "overturned the guilt" of Sofia Dobrynina "in the murder of her friend Alice," finding that "a superficial investigation did not provide adequate evidence."

It is noteworthy that the parents' struggle with the investigation, which began then and continues to this day "for just retribution against real murderers," ran into only a seemingly impenetrable wall of Shakhmatovist aplomb, the main argument of which was the "red law degree" lying in the drawer of the office desk for immediate presentation to anyone doubting the competence and honesty of Ivan Mikhailovich.

In the case of the deceased, the new "toastmaster"

Today, the case of the death of girlfriends has also been transferred to the Sloboda investigator, Ivan Ogorodnikov, to whom Sofia's relatives filed a petition for familiarization with the documents, which indicate the reasons for Shakhmatov's dismissal.

At the same time, after a short conversation with the "new investigator", Tatiana Bazhina, representing the interests of the Dobrynin family, directly told investigator Ogorodnikov that he risked repeating the fate of his predecessor. Since Ivan Sergeevich, who probably does not have an argument in the form of a "red diploma," just like his predecessor, is engaged, according to the lawyer, only in "imitation of violent activity." Referring at the same time to the lack of information, which probably disappeared from the investigative committee annals along with investigator Ivan Shakhmatov.

As Bazhina explained, on June 20, Sofia's mother and grandmother were allegedly called to "conduct investigative actions." But it turned out that Investigator Ogorodnikov intended to "interrogate the victims for the hundredth time," who had already answered the same questions more than a dozen times.

In turn, the relatives of the girl who died a year and a half ago tried to find out what conclusions the investigation had reached (about what Newsler.ru I haven't told you yet), finding out why Sofia Dobrynina's body was flooded with water —"as if several buckets had been tipped over her," and why the deceased's neck was broken. Since the previous "explanations" at first were vomit, and later "postmortem discharge", they did not fit in with the "real picture" in any way.

According to eyewitnesses, there were no "accompanying odors or discoloration of the bed linen," but the pillow was soaked through, as was the mattress on which the girl's body was found. And this only confirms the opinion of relatives that Sofia's death was not due to "carelessness." After all, in her agony, the girl could not pour buckets of water on herself — from the top of her head to her heels, but one or more people could easily try to bring Sofia to consciousness.

And the response of the investigation about the causes of the fracture of the cervical vertebrae would have caused homeric laughter if it had not been associated with death. According to the version of then-investigator Shakhmatov, Sofia's neck was broken in the morgue when her body was "stuffed into someone else's coffin" (the girls' bodies were mixed up, and "big Sofia" did not fit into the miniature Alice's house). However, it would be worthwhile to clarify how the investigation came to this conclusion if the examination of the bodies was carried out before, and not after, the burial of the deceased — that is, before the process of "shoving" the deceased into other people's coffins.

      Death is death.

Sofia's relatives also asked about the reason that pushed Nikita Maklakov, who was found alive between the bodies of the dead girls and saved by Kirov doctors, but not from poisoning with alcohol, but from an "overdose", to settle accounts with his life. His girlfriend reported this on social media on May 4, wishing "the creatures who put pressure on him to burn in hell" (a screenshot of the message is available in the editorial office).

At the same time, the investigator himself identified the culprit — Tatiana Bazhina, who "leaks everything to the yellow press." Despite the fact that the lawyer not only never saw Maklakov, but also did not communicate with him on the phone. However, the "indirect accusation" against the "yellow press" is unlikely to be thorough, since Maklakov is suspected of reading Newsler.ru impossible.

Interestingly, Nikita Maklakov's unsuccessful attempt to pass away again (after several days of coma, he regained consciousness), but this time without the direct use of illegal drugs, caused heated discussions in Belaya Kholunitsa about the version related to his possible interrogation with the participation of a hypnotherapist.

The trigger of which was probably Tatiana Bazhina's April statement about her intention to interrogate Maklakov with the participation of a hypnologist and a lie detector:

"Only this grown-up guy, who spent the evening with underage girls, can tell the whole truth about their deaths. About who else came to visit them, who forced them to drink alcohol, why the clothes of the dead were covered in blood. And also, who put their girlfriends, still alive or dead, to bed, and who closed the front door behind them when there might still be a glimmer of life in the girls."

According to the Belo-Kholunitskaya version, during the interrogation with the hypnologist, Maklakov would have given names still unknown to the investigation. So his "voluntary departure" would benefit several "interested parties."

      What was written earlier

On the morning of November 26, the bodies of two schoolgirls, Sofia and Alice, were found in one of the houses of Belaya Kholunitsa. Two days later, they were hastily declared "dead due to negligence from carbon monoxide poisoning." (although photos of an open stove top were posted online). Despite the fact that the statement of the investigation "about the poisoning of the girls" did not fit at all with the document available in the editorial office on the beginning of the examination of the bodies on December 22.

Only after 100 days, as the person who addressed the Newsler.ru Sofia's mother, Irina, "just now the Investigative Committee has ordered dozens of examinations."

Also, at the request of the victims, an attempt was made to restore correspondence that had disappeared from the girls' phones and social networks. And even an expert examination was scheduled, which was supposed to establish from her lips that at three o'clock in the morning a tearful Sofia told her friend, who, according to the expert examination, died around midnight. But the zeal of the investigation was stopped by the "provider in the Seychelles", as well as the inability to find... sign language interpreter.

The Kirov police also searched unsuccessfully for several months for two Kirov boys who may have been involved in the death of their girlfriends. Who, according to bystanders, said that night that "the girls had been sheltered" and "nothing would happen." But the police did not find them, even with their portraits taken that night on video.

Interestingly, for a year and a half, the investigation did not acquaint the victims with the case materials: first, six volumes were "lost" in Slobodsky, and then "found" in the city administration. From there, they were transferred back to Slobodskaya, and then to SU, Lenin Street, 1. Then the case surfaced again in Slobodskoye...

But while the "case" was moving chaotically from Kirov to Slobodskoy and back, the investigation used "direct blackmail" against Dobrynin and Bazhina, demanding to sign a document on criminal liability for disclosure of data a preliminary investigation, after which they promised to "let me see."

For violating the Oath: did an investigator who had not "found" the killers of the Belokholunit schoolgirls for more than a year leave the ranks of the TFR?

Ivan Shakhmatov, an investigator from the Sloboda department of the Investigative Committee, who since November 26, 2023, diligently adjusted the materials of the criminal case on the deaths of two 15-year—old girls in Belaya Kholunitsa — Sofia Dobrynina and Alice (name changed) - under "death by negligence."
