The other day in Kirov, at about 06:00, the Rosgvardiya non-departmental security detail was on the patrol route. At some point, law enforcement officers noticed a girl who, holding a phone in her hands and periodically glancing at the screen, was digging something out of the ground on the territory of one of the gardening associations in the Oktyabrsky district.
Picking up a bag with a powdery white substance, the citizen headed for the exit of the garden association, however, she saw law enforcement officers. The Kirov resident threw away the bag and tried to escape, but the guards detained her.
The 27-year-old girl claimed that the bag contained table salt, but during a conversation with law enforcement officers, she nevertheless admitted that she had ordered drugs for her own use on the Internet. The Kirov resident was handed over to the police officers who arrived at the scene. The contents of the sachet are sent for research, based on the results of which a procedural decision will be made.
