Ex-deputy of the UCC was suspected of beating a woman

      On May 30, a traffic conflict occurred at the intersection of Komsomolskaya and Chapaev streets in Kirov. It was previously established that a 47-year-old resident of Kirov inflicted several blows on the head of a woman driving a car. In addition, the man damaged the victim's car. All this happened in the presence of a small child from Kirov.

      A criminal case has been opened against the Kirov resident on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). At the moment, UK investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident, as well as deciding on the choice of a preventive measure. In addition, during the investigation of the case, the actions of the person involved will be given a legal assessment under art. 167 of the Criminal Code (intentional damage to someone else's property). 

      It should be noted that, as our source informally reported, the man who beat the woman is Vladislav Gukasov is the former head of the LDPR faction of the Regional Legislative Assembly of the 5th convocation. Previously, he was active in the party, but for the last two convocations he has not been a deputy and does not hold positions. In addition, in the 5th convocation (until 2014), he served as Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the region.
