Kirov teenager shot a man with a signal pistol
The evidence collected by the investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov region was sufficient to convict the 15-year-old teenager of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed using an object used as a weapon).
According to the regional investigative committee, the investigation and the court found that on June 19, 2024, a teenager, being at one of the houses on Vorovsky Street in Kirov, wanted to show imaginary superiority over others and, in the absence of a conflict situation, directed a hunter's signal launcher at the victim, after which he shot him.
As a result, the victim suffered physical pain and bodily injuries that caused minor harm to his health.
After reviewing the case, the court found the teenager guilty and imposed a suspended sentence.
