       By the end of 2024, 603 thousand square meters of housing were built in the Kirov region. According to the government, the region exceeded the plan by 1%.

      Part of this volume — 137 thousand square meters — accounted for housing built under housing incentive programs.

      The average housing provision in the region today is 32 square meters per person. The authorities expect it to grow to 33 squares by 2030.

      In 2025, it is planned to commission 582 thousand square meters of housing.
