Every third company in Kirov plans to organize a summer corporate party

      Summer corporate parties remain a popular practice in the Kirov business environment. According to recent data, 41% of companies in the city have planned events for employees during the warmer months. The most frequently chosen formats are picnics, sports or tourist trips, as well as receptions. Somewhat less often, employers prefer team building or relaxing in a hotel and holiday homes.

      According to HR specialists, the main reasons for organizing corporate events are company birthdays and professional holidays.

      At the same time, 47% of companies have refused to hold summer events, and another 12% have not yet made a final decision.

      Interestingly, among those who already held corporate parties last year and are planning to repeat them this summer, 42% plan to increase their budget. 34% of companies intend to meet last year's total, and 15% intend to reduce costs.
