Due to the continued evasion of parental duties, bailiffs invited the debtor to an appointment to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The prospect of incurring criminal punishment for non-payment of alimony without valid reasons turned out to be quite a serious incentive for the man. He paid off the debt in full and officially got a job in order to continue paying alimony regularly.
According to the agency, thanks to the measures taken to enforce the rights of the child, the rights of the child were restored.
