Kirov residents named the most "difficult" colleagues at work
Accountants were in the first place in terms of "harmfulness" — according to the survey, it is with them that it is most difficult to establish a dialogue (10%). This is followed by sales and customer service managers (9%). Completing the top three are IT specialists, whom 6% of the survey participants complained about.
It is also difficult to communicate with security personnel — 5% of Kirov residents reported such difficulties. 2% each noted difficulties in communicating with workers, HR specialists, economists and administrators. Another 1% each mentioned engineers, lawyers, marketers, salespeople, and secretaries. Among the other "uncommunicative" were educators, logisticians, drivers, bank employees, doctors and teachers.
However, not everything is so critical: every third participant in the survey stated that he does not experience any problems with colleagues, regardless of their profession. 11% believe that it's not about the position, but about the character of a particular person. And 3% admitted that it is most difficult for them to communicate with their own colleagues in the department.
Interestingly, women are more likely than men to encounter difficulties in communicating with accountants, while men are more likely to encounter difficulties with representatives of working professions. At the same time, women are more likely to report the absence of any barriers to communication (38% versus 31% for men).
