82% of Kirov companies employ relatives of employees

       Kirov employers participated in a survey from the job search service "SuperJob" and told how they feel about the employment of relatives of employees.

       According to the survey results, 82% of Kirov employers employ relatives of employees: 73% of enterprises with up to 100 employees, and 88% with between 100 and 1,000 employees. On the contrary, only 7% of companies do not hire such candidates.

      It is noteworthy that most often relatives of employees are employed in manufacturing enterprises (91%) and construction companies (84%). This practice is less common in the field of sales, but even here it is used by the majority of employers (72%).
