On May 17, at 00:50 in the Slobodsky district on the Kostroma — Sharya — Kirov —Perm highway, a 19-year-old girl driving a Lada Granta lost control and drove off the road, after which the car overturned. As a result, four passenger cars, girls aged 20 and 21, were injured. Preliminary information is provided by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
In total, over the weekend, from May 16 to May 18, 19 road accidents occurred in the region, in which two people were killed and 29 more people were injured. Drivers are reminded to keep an optimal speed limit and be careful when overtaking.
