At the end of April, at a working meeting, the Minister of Environmental Protection of the region Timur Abashev and the leadership of the regional operator discussed the construction of a modern integrated MSW management facility in the Vyatskopolyansky district.
To finance such an important project, the possibility of using "green" bonds of PPK REO is being considered. This financial instrument is provided at a rate of 8% for a period of up to 12 years, which is significantly more profitable than standard market conditions.
In this case, it is aimed at creating a modern infrastructure for the sorting, disposal and disposal of MSW. On behalf of Timur Envilievich, Kuprit JSC will study and calculate the impact of such a mechanism on tariffs.
The construction of a modern MSW management complex and the attraction of "green" bonds contribute to achieving the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being" aimed at improving the environmental situation in the country.
