Sokolov on the official who ordered to collect carnations: "Teach him to be smart"

Today, Alexander Sokolov recalled the egregious case when on May 10, workers tried to remove flowers that local residents brought to the memorials. It turned out that they did this on the orders of an employee of the Pervomaisky territorial administration. This was announced by Vyacheslav Simakov, head of the Kirov city administration. According to him, the would-be official was brought to disciplinary responsibility — he was reprimanded and stripped of his bonus.

Sokolov commented on the situation as follows: "When God decides to punish a person, he takes away his mind. Teach him to be smart. Deal with him."
