Yesterday, on May 9, Russia celebrated the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In his telegram channel, the head of the Kirov City Hall, Vyacheslav Simakov, posted a video in which he sings the song "Victory Day", without which a memorable day cannot do. Recall that the composer of the song is David Tukhmanov, and the words were written by Vladimir Kharitonov.
"Dear friends! I once again congratulate you on the Great Victory Day! This musical gift is primarily for our veterans!", ‒ added Simakov.
The head of the city administration also recorded songs for two more holidays ‒ March 8 and City Day.
