      According to the regional government, in preparation for the Velikoretsky procession, specialists conducted a survey of the pilgrims' route to find out where there is a cellular connection. So, there is a cellular connection in the village of Velikoretskoye, en route from Kirov to Bobino, as well as from Medyan to Kirov.

      In order to provide the pilgrims with communications, one of the mobile operators is ready to provide mobile communication systems that can be installed on vehicles accompanying the procession. They will allow you to organize Internet access using wi-fi technology in parking and overnight areas. Using wi-fi access, you can make calls and send messages using your operator's tariffs.

      The regional government stressed that the emergency services accompanying the pilgrims will be in touch around the clock, even at the most remote point of the route of the Velikoretsky procession: they were provided with satellite phones.
