A pensioner who slipped in the Alexander Garden will receive 150,000 rubles.

      On January 10, a 78-year—old Kirov resident slipped on the sidewalk in the Alexander Garden and suffered a brain injury. She lost consciousness from the fall, after which she was hospitalized.

      According to the regional prosecutor's office, following a procedural check, the preliminary investigation authorities refused to initiate criminal proceedings. At the same time, the prosecutor's office established the fact of ice formation on the sidewalk as a result of unsatisfactory maintenance of the urban space by the subcontractor.

      In this regard, the Pervomaisky district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court demanding monetary compensation for moral damage in her favor. A settlement agreement was concluded between the parties on voluntary compensation for moral damage. The amount is determined in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. Now the elderly woman's rights have been restored.
