The phantom company produced butter and beef from unknown raw materials

      In early April, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov region recognized the Riviera LLC site, which was engaged in the production of dairy and meat products in the Vyatskopolyansky district of the Kirov region, as a phantom.

      The department said that during the monitoring of the Mercury system, violations of the rules were revealed when organizing work on the registration of electronic veterinary accompanying documents. "On March 27 and April 7, 2025, the authorized person of the organization at this site issued production documents for the production of 18 tons of "Traditional" butter from uncontrolled products. The products were sold to enterprises in the Tula and Penza regions," the ministry said.

      On April 4, an authorized person of the company also issued a document for 1.4 tons of boneless beef produced from "buffaloes". The meat was sold to the enterprise of the Republic of Mordovia.

      As explained in the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration, Riviera LLC gained unauthorized access to the site of another organization in the FGIS VetIS, which allowed it to process documents for the production and sale of dairy and meat products on behalf of another organization located in the Vyatskopolyansky district of the Kirov region.

      Access to the site at Riviera LLC has been deleted, the authorized person's account has been canceled, as well as documents for the production of butter and beef.

      Information about the detected violations was sent to the Rosselkhoznadzor Office at the location of the recipients of the products for the withdrawal of butter and meat from circulation.
