The members of the committee supported this proposal and gave the go-ahead for the development of the relevant draft law.

      The second initiative is related to the introduction of measures to prevent children under the age of 14 from being in water bodies without parents or relatives. However, it turned out that such measures are already prescribed in federal legislation, and there is no point in adopting a new law. As a result, the proposal was not supported.
