A Dutch citizen has received a temporary residence permit in the Kirov region
In the Kirov region, a citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands was granted a temporary residence permit on humanitarian grounds. According to the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the document was issued on April 10, 2025.
The basis for granting the RVPS was Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 702, signed on August 19, 2024. The document provides for a simplified procedure for obtaining temporary residence permits for foreign citizens and stateless persons who live in countries with a neoliberal ideology that contradicts traditional Russian values.
According to the decree, such citizens have the right to count on humanitarian support if they share Russian spiritual and moral guidelines.
