      The Court of Appeal confirmed the decision to recover a large sum from the joint-stock company "Motor Transport Industry" located in the Orichevsky district. The company must pay more than 10 million rubles to the Perm-based Resource company.

      The dispute arose due to unpaid supplies of automotive oils, lubricants and technical fluids. The Resource company appealed to the court, as ATX JSC did not fully pay for the delivered products under the contract. The principal amount of the debt amounted to more than 9 million rubles.

      The Arbitration Court of the Kirov region reviewed the case and satisfied the requirements of the Perm company. The court decided to collect the principal debt from ATX JSC, as well as interest for using other people's money, the total amount of the collection exceeded 10.2 million rubles.

      Representatives of ATX JSC disagreed with the decision and filed an appeal. However, the Second Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the first instance, and dismissed the complaint of the motor transport company.
