Renovation of the Eternal Flame on the Green Embankment continues in Kirov

      At the end of March, the reconstruction of the Eternal Flame memorial complex on the Green Embankment began. So, according to data from the Kirov administration, on the twentieth of the first spring month, workers had to dismantle the old tiles and disassemble the pedestal, create a single-stage pedestal lined with large-format granite. In addition, the stele and bas-relief must undergo major repairs. Completion of all works is scheduled for the end of April.

      Today, on April 18, Kirov residents noticed workers in the memorial area, however, according to them, there is a feeling that the end of the repair is still far away.
