The investigative Department for the city of Vyatskiye Polyany of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region has opened a criminal case against a 15-year-old teenager. He is suspected of committing theft from a bank account, committed with significant damage to a citizen (paragraph "d" of Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the investigation, from March 16 to April 10, 2025, the teenager used his 73-year-old grandmother's mobile phone and transferred money from her bank account to his several times. The total amount of the theft was more than 55 thousand rubles. According to preliminary information, he disposed of the money at his discretion.
