Kirov resident was caught stealing elite cognac

      The other day in Kirov, at about 14:00, an alarm signal was received from the shopping center on Ivan Popov Street at the remote control of the departmental security. The Russian guardsmen promptly arrived at the specified address.

      According to a security guard at the center, a resident of Kirov tried to take out a bottle of cognac worth about 3,500 rubles from the store without paying for it. When checking the identity information, Rosgvadia officers found out that the man had previously been tried and was wanted as a suspect in committing a crime under Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery).

      The offender, born in 1994, was handed over to the police for further investigation.
