       On July 2, 2023, an unpleasant incident occurred at a grocery store on Volodarsky St. in the city of Belaya Kholunitsa: a Laika dog bit a 72-year-old woman on the leg. It happened because the owner was not watching his dog.

      The prosecutor appealed to the court with a statement of claim to recover compensation for moral damage from the owner of the animal. The demands were recognized as legitimate and justified, 20 thousand rubles were recovered from the defendant in favor of the elderly woman.
