Recall that the tender for the sale of non-residential premises in the "Complex of Houses of the Servants of the Savior Cathedral" was already put up for sale at the end of February this year. Auctions for some lots did not take place, so the mayor's office put them up for sale again.
Currently, four non-residential premises have been put up for sale in the House of the Servants of the Savior Cathedral. Room 1004 with an area of 50.1 sq.m. is for sale at a price of 2 million 44 thousand 80 rubles. Room 1001 with an area of 32.5 sq.m. is being sold at a price of 1 million 427 thousand 400 rubles. Room 1002 with an area of 43.8 sq.m. was priced at 1 million 923 thousand 696 rubles. And room 1003 is being sold for 2 million 106 thousand 516 rubles.
The auction is scheduled for May 16.
