A new opportunity has appeared in the Kirov region for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses renting government property. Entrepreneurs are offered to take advantage of discounted rentals.
According to the terms of the program, tenants of regional premises whose physical wear exceeds 80% will be able to pay only 1 ruble per square meter. The main condition for obtaining such a benefit is the entrepreneur's obligation to repair the leased facility at his own expense.
The new support measure can be used not only by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, but also by self-employed citizens who apply a tax on professional income.
