The prosecutor's office of the Nemsky district intervened in the situation with the non-payment of wages to an employee of a local agricultural enterprise. The reason for the check was the employee's own request.
It turned out that the driver of the car in October last year, on the instructions of the management, worked at night. However, contrary to labor laws, the company did not pay him for these overtime hours. Considering his rights violated, the man turned to the prosecutor's office for help.
After the inspection, the prosecutor demanded that the company's management eliminate the violation. As a result, the company complied with the requirement of the supervisory authority. The employee was credited and paid 22 thousand rubles.
