The attacker was detained while trying to sell prohibited substances, and a large-scale narcotic drug was seized from illicit trafficking.
A criminal case has been opened against him under Articles 30 (attempted crime) and 228.1 (illegal sale of narcotic drugs) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
