Kirov residents were reminded about the methods of checking and timely payment of traffic police fines

      Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Kirov region inform citizens about the possibility of checking for administrative fines through a Single portal of public services. The service allows you to quickly and conveniently find out about the debt and avoid unpleasant consequences.

      The department recalled that a person who has not paid an administrative fine within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the resolution is recognized as a debtor. At the same time, refusal to receive a resolution does not release from responsibility.

      Administrative measures are provided for late payment.: a fine of twice the amount owed (but not less than 1 thousand rubles), administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work lasting up to 50 hours.

      In addition, traffic police officers stressed that for a number of administrative offenses, it is possible to pay only 75% of the fine amount, but only if the payment is made no later than 30 days from the date of the decision.

      The State Traffic Inspectorate urges citizens not to delay the payment of fines and to use electronic services to control their debts.
