Kirov resident, previously convicted thirteen times, was caught stealing again
On the afternoon of March 25 last year, a 28-year-old resident of Kirov stole meat products from the Pyaterochka store on Kalinina Street. The value of the stolen goods amounted to more than 4,500 rubles.
The prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Kirov supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a previously convicted resident of the city. He was again found guilty under Part 1 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The court agreed with the prosecutor's opinion and found the man guilty.
So, taking into account the presence of 13 previous convictions for theft, the court sentenced him to 2 years and 8 months of imprisonment to be served in a general regime colony.
