      As it became known, the Orichi administration is looking for a contractor who will carry out work on clearing snow from a 4.5—meter—wide and 50-meter-long passage running from the Kirov- Strizhi-Orichi highway to house No. 2 on Lilac Street. The deadline for completion is from April 1 to December 31, 2025.

      However, what is surprising here is not only the time limit (which mainly includes daylight saving time), but also many other details. Firstly, the initial price of the contract is only 1.3 thousand rubles, the government was able to allocate this amount from the local budget. Meanwhile, the contractor is required to remove snow not manually, but by a mechanized method, and not once, but 40 times.

      Secondly, as stated on the Rosreestr website, there is a private two-storey house at Orichi, Lilac, 2, built in 2022. It is curious that the officials decided to spend budget funds on the road to a private house. Even if they are so insignificant.

      However, not a single application was received during the competitive procedure. Perhaps a new competition will be announced soon.
