      So, if a bus with the letter "A" leaves from Parkovaya Street in the Novovyatsky district (41 microdistricts), from the usual U-turn circle 46 of the route, onto Lenin, Kommunisticheskaya and Sovetskaya, where it turns left onto Proletarskaya (starting point), and then onto Tukhachevsky, you should know that the width of both streets does not exceed five meters. This makes it impossible for any attempt to leave not only with an oncoming bus, but also with passenger cars, the owners of which live in 300 private houses in the neighborhood.

      And, if you managed to pass the intersection with Mayakovsky without major damage to your nerves and health, then the continuation of Tukhachevsky will present an even more unpleasant gift, narrowing to 3.7 meters. But this is not the limit either, as the next Linear Street has shrunk to three and a half meters. Although passengers traveling to Kirov can relax and say thank you to the Almighty, as this is a place of disembarkation for them. And for transit travelers from Kirov, a blessed landing site.

      However, the return along Shkolnaya Street will not be easy: on its width of five meters, without "close contact" with tearing off the mirrors, you will not be able to leave.       It is worth noting that an attempt to let an oncoming car or bus pass by illegally hiding (there are no cameras) on the sidewalk, it will be absolutely unsuccessful, since there are no sidewalks in that area... But with an active reluctance to head-on collision, because only a double suicide bomber can decide to overtake, there is a risk of being behind or along with a fence on the territory of a private farmstead.

      And one could call the situation "piquant", but the definition of "fatal" is more appropriate, associated with the complete absence of bus shelters or, in extreme cases, "check-in pockets", without which it is impossible to safely disembark passengers.

      At the same time, you don't have to look for road signs (even "Pedestrian Crossing"), since 20 days before the opening of Suicide Road, only two graphic images of "Give Way" were seen on the highway — at the intersections of Sovetskaya and Proletarskaya streets, as well as Shkolnaya and Rosa Luxemburg Streets.Don't believe your ears

After all, according to the Kirov governor, it was the president who approved the construction, allocating federal funding. Which, according to estimates of 2022, amounted to 3.19 billion rubles. So this year, the cost of work can be mentally doubled, assuming that additional financing is the task of the regional and municipal budgets.

      As the representative of the Kirov Ministry of Transport explained, after such an article, in his opinion, Simakov (the head of the City Administration) "gets hot in one place." Therefore, it is almost certain that ways out of the current situation will be thought up and announced, and, most likely, "the head of the Novovyatsky territorial administration will be publicly punished." And, as the most likely option, the dangerous part of the highway will be declared one-sided, so that after turning around at the railway tracks, buses would travel to 41 residential districts not on the oncoming lane, but along other streets.:

      "Don't believe any promises, because a project is needed to build a new road, and there is no other one there. Then its technical and estimated approval by the state expertise, which, even under the accelerated version, takes two years... The only thing I admit is that the city can coordinate and even install road signs and traffic lights in three to four months. But what you wrote about today is photographically consistent with the situation. Especially about predicting human casualties on a road whose sides are sidewalks."

      As the Government source "recalled," no complaints from city officials about the lack of time to prepare the new route 46A are likely "not true." But the new leadership of the region, accusing him of interfering in the work and causing damage to a commercial enterprise (100% owned by the Regional Government), filed a complaint with the Investigative Committee in order to bring the prime minister to criminal responsibility.

      But when the criminal case was not moved forward — without finding signs of "malicious intent", the tunnel project, without becoming evidence, automatically passed as a "dowry" to the regional leadership. Who, declaring himself almost the "main initiator and designer," loudly told in the Kremlin and in Kirov about his grandiose plans. From which the city administration has not taken almost a single step towards execution.

      Well, Vyatavtodor was left out of business as usual: in October 2024, Alexander Sokolov named the general contractor, Avtoban JSC.
