The cost of updating machinery and equipment amounted to 39.1 billion rubles (39% of investment investments). 44.9 billion rubles (45%) were invested in the construction, modernization, and reconstruction of residential and non—residential buildings and structures. The largest amount of funds — 32.5 billion rubles — is directed to the development of manufacturing industries, which in comparable prices is 16.6% more than a year earlier.
The production of finished metal products, chemical and food industries has become the most attractive for investment. These areas together accounted for 70% of investments in manufacturing.
As noted in Kirovstat, the main source of financing for investments in the region is the own funds of enterprises and organizations, through which they have financed investments in the amount of 58.2 billion rubles, or 58% of the total investment amount. Budget funds in the amount of 21.1 billion rubles and bank loans in the total amount of 10.9 billion rubles were attracted.
