The oldest brick building in Kirov is being sold off piece by piece
Auctions for the sale of non-residential premises in the oldest non-religious brick building in the city, known as the "House of Perminov", are published on the city administration's website in the "Sale of Property" section. In total, seven lots were published with a total value of 3 million 902 thousand 740 rubles. The highest price for non—residential premises with the number 1003 is 1 million 562 thousand 312 rubles. The cheapest room of the "House of Perminov", put up for auction, is marked with the number 1005. It is sold for only 66 thousand 434 rubles.
The auction for the sale of the premises of the old stone house is scheduled for April 25 this year. Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until April 21. It should be noted that the new owners of the premises of the "House of Perminov" will be burdened with security obligations, since the house is included in the register of cultural heritage sites.
Note, according to the website of the project "Walking along Vyatka" (16+), the stone house was built by the voivodeship secretary Averky Perminov in 1755. Perminov's heirs sold the land in 1781, as a result of which the property passed to the first governor of Vyatka, Stepan Zhikharev. In 1785, the house was sold to the treasury for 6 thousand rubles for the governors to live in it. The house served as a residence for the Vyatka governors until 1804. Later, it housed a cloth factory. Over the years, the Vyatka Men's Gymnasium, a police station, a tavern, a pawnshop, and a telephone exchange were also located in the Perminov House. In 1935, the house was included in the list of architectural monuments.
