In the Kirov region, more than 146 thousand real estate objects have been worked out in accordance with 518-FZ

      In the Kirov region, work has been completed on the development of real estate in the framework of the implementation of federal law 518-FZ*, which entered into force in June 2021. Since the beginning of the application of the law, 146 thousand 762 real estate objects have been processed, which is 68% of the total number of objects sent to work.

      At the moment, out of 146 thousand 762 completed facilities, 103 thousand 362 have been registered, of which 56 thousand 927 rights have been registered, 46 thousand 435 objects have been removed from the register. In 1,229 cases, copyright holders were identified, while in 35,171 objects, the copyright holder was not identified. In some cases, this is due to the receipt of contradictory data or the fact that objects are recognized as extortionate.

      In addition, interdepartmental inquiries have been sent for 6 thousand 304 real estate objects, which have not yet been answered. 382 objects were recognized as ownerless, and 314 objects were classified as common property in buildings and structures.
