The discount will be provided regardless of the form of study and without the need to present a certificate from an educational institution. An identity document such as a birth certificate or passport will be required to board the train. A year-round discount for children from 10 to 18 years old will be valid when buying tickets to reserved and shared carriages.
Currently, children under the age of 5 have the right to free travel without occupying a separate seat. A children's fare is valid for children under 10 years old, ranging from 35% to 70% of the adult ticket price, depending on the class of train and carriage.
