Since the beginning of 2025, three pedestrians have been killed and 48 injured in road accidents in the Kirov region.
"Most often, pedestrian assaults occur at night within populated areas. The largest number of victims is in the regional center," the ministry said. In addition, Monday became the most dangerous day.
In most cases, drivers are responsible for such accidents, but every third accident is caused by a pedestrian. Most often, pedestrians break the rules by crossing the road in the wrong place.
