Energosbyt is suing ATP over millions of debts

      At the end of January, representatives of the Kirov branch of JSC Energosbyt Plus appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov region. They demanded to recover from JSC "Motor Transport Enterprise" more than 7.43 million rubles, the amount of debt for electricity that ATP consumed in November last year.

      The court accepted the claim and decided to initiate proceedings in this case. However, the court session has already been postponed twice. The next one is scheduled for April 24.

      It should be noted that this is not the first time that Energosbyt has been suing ATP, last year there were several such lawsuits at once. However, most of them involve small amounts of debt (several thousand rubles), and these cases have already been closed. The December case on the recovery of 5 million rubles from ATP for electricity spent in October has not yet been closed.

      Apparently, the company's serious financial problems began towards the end of the year and continue to this day. According to our sources, this may be the reason why there are problems with trolleybus production in Kirov.
