      Young citizens are urged not to make fatal mistakes, not to agree to questionable offers from strangers on the Internet. Accounts sold or leased can be used not only for fraudulent schemes, but also for organizing other serious and especially serious crimes, such as terrorism, extremism, extortion, and so on.
