In addition, the prosecutor's office is deciding whether to initiate administrative proceedings under Article 14.1.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (conducting business in managing apartment buildings in violation of licensing requirements) and Article 7.22 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for the maintenance and repair of residential and (or) residential premises).

      If Kirov residents seek help from the prosecutor's office, the issue of collecting monetary compensation for moral damage in their favor will be resolved.
