Kirov residents are urged not to go on the ice

      A lot of accidents happen to people on the water due to neglect of basic safety rules. In the SU IC of the Russian Federation for the Kirov region, citizens are reminded that the rules must be observed due to the onset of warming, as the ice on reservoirs becomes more loose and thin.

      Here are a number of rules on how to avoid danger on the ice:

      do not let children go to reservoirs without adults

      If it does happen that you fall through the ice, you should proceed as follows:

      , you need to try to move to the edge of the sagebrush, where the current is smaller and it
