Kirov employees with high incomes are more likely to offer ideas for optimizing their work

SuperJob analysts have identified interesting trends in the attitude of employees towards optimizing work processes. According to the results, 35% of working Kirov residents have suggestions for management to improve business processes. Employees with salaries starting from 100 thousand rubles per month turned out to be the most proactive — their share is 41%.

The study also revealed gender and age differences. Men are more likely than women to offer optimization ideas. Young workers (up to 35 years old) are more focused on the introduction of flexible schedules and hybrid work formats. At the same time, older employees are more likely to raise issues of improving the material and technical base, eliminating "bottlenecks" in business processes and increasing the trust of management in subordinates. Interestingly, proposals for automation and reducing the bureaucratic burden often come from representatives of all age groups.

The majority of employees (77%) are willing to discuss their ideas openly in face-to-face meetings with management. 9% would prefer to act through representatives of labor collectives, and a small part would prefer to express their thoughts in writing or anonymously.

Despite their initiative, not all employees are confident that their suggestions will be heard. 65% believe that their ideas will be considered, but 20% are more likely to doubt success, and 15% are absolutely sure that their proposals will be ignored.Kirovstat told how employees of Kirov organizations moved in 2024. Kirov IT specialists and creatives are ready for test tasks for the sake of work, and PR managers are not always women in the Kirov region who lead in the number of job invitations.
