Kirov bailiffs restored children's rights to shares in an apartment bought with matkapital

      In the Kirov region, employees of the enforcement agency have achieved the restoration of the rights of two minor children to residential premises. A family living in the region purchased an apartment using maternity capital. However, contrary to the requirements of the legislation, the parents did not allocate shares to the children in the purchased housing, which is a prerequisite for using the maternity capital to improve housing conditions.

      The executive document obliging parents to allocate shares was submitted to the Bailiff Service. Despite explanations about the consequences of not complying with the court's decision, the parents continued to ignore the legal requirements. The situation changed only after the decision was made to collect the performance fee and take measures to collect it.

      Realizing the seriousness of the situation, the parents complied with the court's decision. Thanks to the prompt and effective actions of the bailiffs, the rights of minor children to shares in the purchased apartment were restored.
